MRLC Salon Phrase VI：The Scholars and the Law Enforcement Officials Discussed the Anti-monopoly Cases

On November 11th, China-Korea Market and Regulation Law Center (MRLC) Salon Phrase VI was successfully held in Room 206, Renmin University of China Mingde Law Building.  Professor Meng Yanbei of Renmin Law School held this salon. Professor Shi Jichun, Professor Wang Guisong, Associate Professor Wang Xu of Renmin University of China Law School, Post-doctoral researcher Dong Dudu and two law enforcement officials from State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) jointly participated in this discussion. The Salon focused to decide who should be the subject of liability during the enforcement of the anti-monopoly law.
