Shi, Ji Chun is a professor at Renmin University of China Law School where he teaches Economic Law. He served as the Director of Department of Economic Law at Renmin University, Director of the Economic Law Research Center of Renmin University of China and Vice President of Economic Law Research Association of China. He is the Editor-in-Chief of The Jurist, one of the most influential academic journals in China. He also served as an Arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Member of the Beijing People's Congress Standing Committee and the Legislative Committee. He earned his Ph.D from Renmin University of China and a Master of Laws Degree from Anhui Normal University.

Kim, Yeon Tae is a professor at Korea University School of Law. He has wide range of expertise in Administrative Law. He served as the Committee Member of the Central Administrative Tribunal and as the Senior Director of Korea Public Law Association. He earned his Doctor Juris. from University of Osnabrueck in Germany.

Liu, Chun Tian specializes in IP Law and is a professor at Renmin University of China Law School. He is also the Dean of the RUC Intellectual Property (IP) Academy，Director of the RUC IP Teaching & Research Center and Chairman of the China IP Law Society. He was acknowledged as one of “The Most Influential IP Experts in China” jointly by the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO), the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of China (SAIC) and the National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC) in 2010, and one of “The 50 Most Influential Experts in IP” by the Managing IP in 2013.

Ahn, Hyo Jil is a professor at Korea University Law School where he teaches Intellectual Property Law. He served as a Director for the Korea Intellectual Property Association and as a Director for the Korea Commercial Law Association. He earned a Dr.jur. from Munich University in Germany.

Meng, Yan Bei specializes in Economic Law and is an associate professor at the Renmin University of China Law School. She served as a member of Economic Law Research Association and Energy Law Research Association of China Law Society. She earned her Economics Law J.D./LL.M. from Renmin University of China Law School and LL.M. from TEMPLE University.

Lee, Hwang is a professor at the Korea University School of Law. His academic interest covers competition laws, intellectual property rights, government regulations, and Law and Economics. He served at the Korea Fair Trade Commission for 12 years while playing a leading role in the Microsoft Tying Case. Subsequently, he was appointed as Research Counsel for the Supreme Court of Korea, where he drafted final judgments for an extensive array of competition law cases, including the landmark POSCO judgment. He earned his J.D./LL.M. from Columbia University Law School in New York and B.A. from Korea University School of Law.

Kim, Sun Hyung Sonya is a Clinical Professor jointly appointed by the Korea University School of Law and the ICR Law Center. She leads a variety of clinical programs and legal writing courses, and also teaches U.S. Securities Regulation and Corporate Law. She practiced corporate and finance law as an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and also served as a legal advocate for the New York Asian Woman’s Center. She earned a J.D. from New York University (NYU) Law School in New York and B.A. from Korea University.
